• No refunds will be issued for registration fees under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability before registering.

2. Attendance

• The summit is intended for registered participants only. No transfers or substitutions of registration are permitted without prior written consent from the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who does not comply with the summit’s guidelines.

3. Transportation

• Airport pick-up and drop-off services will only be provided to and from the designated summit venue.
• Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport if they require services outside of the designated times and locations.

4. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the summit.
• The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5. Liability

• The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the summit. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

6. Changes to the Event

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the summit schedule, speakers, and venue as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
