By registering for or purchasing a ticket to the Jaipur Dialogues Annual Summit 2026 ("Event"), you ("Attendee") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Refund, Cancellation & Upgrade Policy.
1. Refund Policy
All registrations and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a registration has been successfully completed and payment has been received, no refund, cancellation, or partial refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Change in personal plans or schedule
Travel delays, cancellations, or transportation issues
Medical emergencies or illness
Visa or documentation issues
Failure to attend the Event
Force majeure events affecting the attendee, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or similar circumstances
In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled by the organisers, refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, if any, shall be determined solely at the discretion of the organisers and in accordance with applicable law.
2. Cancellation Policy
Registrations cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
Failure to attend the Event shall be treated as a "No Show" and shall not entitle the attendee to any refund, credit, or transfer.
Unused registrations or event passes cannot be carried forward to future editions of the Summit.
3. Ticket Transfer & Identity Verification
Event registrations are strictly non-transferable.
Entry shall be permitted only to the registered participant whose details were submitted during registration.
A valid Government-issued photo identity proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, or Voter ID) must be presented during on-site registration.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry in cases of identity mismatch, impersonation, fraudulent registration, or misuse of event passes.
4. Ticket Upgrade Policy
Participants may request an upgrade to a higher ticket category at the venue or through the official registration desk, subject to:
Availability of seats in the requested category.
Payment of the applicable price difference between the existing and upgraded category.
Approval by the registration team.
All upgrade requests shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Ticket Downgrade Policy
Downgrading to a lower ticket category after registration is not permitted.
No refund, credit, adjustment, or reimbursement shall be provided if a participant chooses not to utilise any benefits associated with their purchased ticket category.
6. Accommodation Policy (Applicable Only Where Included)
Where accommodation is included with an eligible registration package:
Accommodation benefits are available only to the registered attendee.
Accommodation bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Unused accommodation benefits shall not be converted into cash, credits, or alternative services.
Hotel room allocation, check-in, and check-out shall remain subject to the hotel's operational policies and availability.
7. Event Modifications
The organisers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements, programme structure, or timings whenever reasonably necessary.
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful, courteous, and responsible behaviour throughout the Event.
The organisers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any participant whose conduct is considered disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or detrimental to the safety, dignity, or experience of other attendees. In such cases, no refund or compensation shall be payable.
9. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Jaipur Dialogues Annual Summit 2026, attendees grant permission to the organisers to photograph, record, livestream, or film the Event.
The organisers may use such photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media for promotional, educational, archival, editorial, or marketing purposes across print, digital, broadcast, and social media platforms without further notice or compensation.
10. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, civil unrest, war, strikes, technical failures, or any other force majeure event.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to registration, ticketing, participation, accommodation, or any matter connected with the Event shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, the matter shall be subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Subject thereto, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
