Welcome to the Jaipur Dialogues Annual Summit 2026. By registering for the Summit, purchasing tickets, booking accommodation, or participating in any event-related activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration & Admission
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an official Registration ID issued by the organisers.
- Every participant must present their Registration ID and a valid government-issued photo identity proof at the registration counter to collect their event pass.
- Event passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel any registration found to contain false, incomplete, or misleading information.
2. Ticket Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold without prior written approval from the organisers.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate.
- Lost or misplaced event passes may require identity verification before replacement.
3. Accommodation (Where Applicable)
Accommodation included with eligible registrations shall be subject to the following conditions:
Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
Room Category: Standard Room
Bed Type: Superior King Bedroom or Twin Bedroom, subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Room Allocation: Club Rooms, Suites, and other upgraded room categories are not included unless specifically mentioned in your booking.
Room allocation will be managed by the hotel based on availability at the time of check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Any incidental expenses, room service, laundry, minibar, telephone charges, or damages caused during the stay shall be borne by the participant.
4. Event Schedule
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme schedule, session timings, speakers, venue arrangements, or event format without prior notice.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
Maintain respectful and courteous behaviour towards fellow participants, speakers, volunteers, and staff.
Comply with all venue rules and safety instructions.
Avoid any conduct that disrupts the event or causes inconvenience to others.
Refrain from carrying prohibited or unlawful items into the venue.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful without any refund.
6. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the Summit, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.
The organisers may use such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, educational, archival, social media, website, or future event-related purposes without additional permission or compensation.
7. Payments & GST
All applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
Participants requiring a GST Invoice must provide accurate GST details during registration.
GST invoices cannot be modified after issuance except where permitted under applicable law.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable except in circumstances expressly approved by the organisers.
In the event of force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the organisers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without liability beyond applicable legal requirements.
9. Liability
Participants attend the Summit at their own risk.
The organisers shall not be responsible for any personal injury, illness, accident, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damage to property occurring during the event or hotel stay.
Participants are advised to take appropriate precautions and arrange personal insurance if required.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration shall be used solely for event management, communication, ticket verification, accommodation coordination (where applicable), invoicing, and other legitimate operational purposes.
The organisers will not knowingly disclose personal information except where required by law or necessary for event operations.
11. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or modification of the event arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, civil unrest, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Summit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
